Pre Amp
Which should i get amp head or rack pre-amp?
Which should i get:
Marshall jmp-1 pre-amp
Behringer Europower ep2500 power amp
TC electronic G-sharp multi effects
or
Marshall JCM 2000 dsl 100
i can’t decide, tell me what you think
It depends on:
A. How much gear do you want to haul around
B. What kind of music do you play
If it’s one package or the other, ask yourself if you need the effects. If you do, then you’ve answered your own question.
The main thing to consider is that the Behringer amp is Solid State, and it you’re really into tubes, you’re going to loose a lot of that benefit going through the solid state power amp.
But, that’s just my opinion.
