Can anyone tell me what kind of guitar this is?
It’s an Ibanez with a Black and grey tye-dye design. on the fret-board it has a like grim reaper skull thing holding a scythe. I just need to know like the model number or anything else about it.

Hit them up. I did this with my 1964 Guild 3/4 bluegrass, entered the serial number, and even though they got bought by Fender, they had an amazing amount of information on my instrument.
Ibanez make a very fine machine. I suspect it’s a Grateful Dead celebration instrument. Whatever, enjoy it and see what the folks at Ibanez say about it.
