How can I deal with Labor & Industries, Without using a lawyer so that I can get back & neck care?
I was hurt at work, but they postponed caring for my back , shoulders & neck, now they are denying any injuries, except for my wrist, which I had surgery on & titanium plates installed.My physical therapist is upset with them also. He has made note all my problems, not just my wrist.
Not sure of your exact situation, but there is generally an EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) office in your city that you can contact. Part of their duty is to investigate unfair labor practices. Contact them and file a claim. In many instances, the threat of EEOC action (they may choose to prosecute your case for you as well) will cause an employer to straighten up.
